Our team at Fearless Fox Facilitation is home-based in Hampton Roads. We service out to Virginia Beach, Richmond, Williamsburg, D.C. and NoVA!
Our Team
Our Facilitation team is based out of Hampton Roads, Virginia. Together we hold a combined 10,000 hours of facilitation, 7,000 hours of coaching, and 21 years of experience, which has led us to being industry recognized experts and authors in the areas of organizational and cultural change. The soap box we stand on is "If we take care of our humans, everything else will follow". Our repertoire of Training and Certifications expands through the Executive Facilitation Graduate Program through the Institute of Transformational Leadership at Georgetown University, Arbinger Certified, Coaching Certification, Trauma Coaching, as well as strategic design and direction training; and so on. Some of our customer history includes senior pentagon advisors, DoD Generals, members of Congress, C Suite and industry leaders, managers and frontline supervisors.

Our mission is to provide the tools to have 'the hard conversations' that are typically uncomfortable and procrastinated, in a way where everyone is comfortable enough in these spaces to ensure the important things are confronted, ultimately providing a 'village' culture and promoting a healthy workplace for your best output to date. Whether it's strategic planning, interpersonal, or team bonding over a retreat, FearLess Fox is proven time and true. Our Facilitators will showcase that big things really do come in small packages, and will help everyone FEAR the big stuff a little LESS.

Fearless Fox Facilitation has been providing top-quality Facilitation services to clients internationally for over 21 years. Our team of experts has the knowledge and experience to help you manage your resources, team and organizational goals effectively. We believe that Facilitation is an art form that runs on the ideal that change can never happen in a room full of like minds. It is a careful guidance and balance between expectations and newness, navigating the fine line between an argument and a discussion, while leading a polarized group of people towards a common goal.
Meet the Owner
Hail, Lucia MacPherson
Previously serving 12 years in the USAF Lucia MacPherson brings forward the values of Service, Safety and Sincerity in her 7 years of Facilitation and Instructing experience.
Lucia has a proven aptitude for collaborative facilitation that has helped diverse and disparate teams from partner organizations mitigate risk and align key performance metrics and timelines for $13B projects. She's used innovative problem solving to focus the efforts of experts into delivering parallel results across 13 international locations and ensured unified information and product delivery for service sector growth; while also creating a unique value stream by reallocating resources and developing new avenues for customer utilization for 8% increase in new business.
What really makes her so successful is her adaptability to the client's needs, the truly 'Human Focus', that ensures there is room for everyone to grow, connect and learn in an environment where all personalities can thrive. Her presence is anchored in a drive for delivering understanding of perspective, creating an unapologetically safe place to FearLessly face vulnerability.
She holds certifications as a Suicide & violence Prevention trainer & Interventionist, Master Resiliency Trainer, Paralegal and Executive Facilitator and is also a published author, model and photographer.
