At Fearless Fox Facilitation we are committed to open door concepts
Facilitators bring fresh eyes to point out blind spots, like silos or communication gaps... someone who doesn't know your game inside & out to notice space for adaptation or process improvement... an external face that is trustworthy and doesn't have sway over the hierarchy so your employees can speak in honest confidence to changes they'd like to see in their everyday environment.
We help find, focus, direct (and if needed redirect) your business & employee strengths. Whether it's pushing the bubble to form stronger teams or break down silos, driving percentages by developing new ideas or stronger processes, making meetings meaningful instead of repetitive and unyielding, or meditating some hard conversations. They also help with tackling divisive behavior and patterns, without smothering those who communicate more abruptly, and hopefully converting the "no's" to "yes's".
We harness hidden and unidentified strengths to help you achieve your best results by facilitating the employee cohesion and strategic alignment pieces. While the group brings the in-depth knowledge, field experience and internal understanding, your facilitator helps the group and/or leadership line up everything for optimum functionality because we know the process of making teams work better inside and out. Your team brings the expertise, but we help you bring it to bear to solve your problem.
With FearLess Fox every Facilitation or Training is not just that, it's an experience. One that leaves a sense of hope, purpose and support. Each experience is individually curated to your needs, so you won't ever get a cookie cutter online PowerPoint or scripted lesson plan but an interactive and time-worthy event that fits the bill & the budget.
A little prep-work, a bit of time, some effort and a splash of team bonding! Oh.... you meant money? Well, in that case, send us an email or give us a call and we can build your custom package to get you a quote!
Short answer: some of them can, yes! Long Answer: Certain events, like reoccurring staff meetings and other individual focused events, definitely! However things like interpersonal problem solving, communication and prevention efforts MUST be done face to face to build the essential trust needed to be effective in your workplace.
