1 day with a strategic planner for adaptation or development
Objective Alignment - SINGLE Session (4 hours)
Half-day session with all of your internal stakeholders to identify development areas of collaboration towards common goals.
Implementation Coaching - 45 minute sessions
Leadership Development Coaching for 4 Leaders: 6x 45 minute sessions per Leader.
This will work towards growing their personal Leadership styles while also ensuring your teams are implementing the facilitated change routes and keeping to timelines and milestones.
Includes 1-3 Experienced Facilitators
Recommendation will be made based on number of participants, expected level of unease, and depth of training requested.
Travel
Will be adjusted based on Facilitators needed, length of Training Event, and distance traveled.

The Hard Shift
These facilitated training sessions address 'the hard conversations' where questions like "How far can I step in to intervene", "How do I build open relationships with my subordinates and peers so they can confide when they need help", and "I'm uncomfortable and have no idea how to address this" become an effortless part of a culture that cares.
Facilitation - single session (3 hrs)
Facilitated training for one of the following topics:
- Violence prevention, advocacy and understanding of hostile and violent situations
- suicide prevention through identification and intervention
- conflict mediation and non-violent communication
Facilitation - DOUBLE session (7 hrs)
Facilitated training for two of the following topics:
- Violence prevention, advocacy and understanding of hostile and violent situations
- suicide prevention through identification and intervention
- conflict mediation and non-violent communication
Facilitation - two day session (13 hrs)
Facilitated training for all of the following topics:
- Violence prevention, advocacy and understanding of hostile and violent situations
- suicide prevention through identification and intervention
- conflict mediation and non-violent communication
- BONUS: Time allotted for individual intervention services post-session
Individual Intervention services & Non-medical counseling
Prices will be determined based on number of employees and number of sessions required.
